This small-batch cocktail combines sea buckthorn with Dolin Vermouth Blanc from the Savoie, creating a sharp, clean base. We build on that with our winter spice oleo-saccharum—an aromatic blend of clove, ginger, star anise, cardamom, and a few secret additions. A split base of Plantation 3-Stars rum from Barbados and Paranubes rum from Oaxaca adds structure, subtle funk, and depth, while a touch of white port provides gentle nuttiness.

Fresh, zesty, and lightly spiced, it’s our cold interpretation of a winter classic.
